shares into the company. The company currently expanding their brand in Africa seeks to sell
shares and control in the company.

Company Information

Asset list -  We own two Mercedes Benz trucks and trailers,  2 x 40 feet containers, 3 x Toyota Lite
ace service vans, 1 x Pajero short-wheel base Pajero, a motorcycle, 1 x Land rover Discovery, a
Cessna 401B aircraft, 18 KVA generator, various computer and office equipment, various workshop
equipment pieces like welding plants, tools, spray painting and panel beating equipment, a 5-kva
generator and other workshop necessities.

Number of employees – Between 35 and 40

Annual turnover – US$1,5million a year

Lease terms -  3 year lease renewable.

Rental terms – rent payable 3 monthly in advance

Company information - There are currently 2 shareholder / directors in the company

Terms of Investment / sale  – Cash and or on offers

Any other information –  Client base are corporate companies on fixed contracts. The current
directors shall provide support and training to the new shareholders / directors.
The business basically provide ANY service in the field of fleet management that a client may
require.  The staff have been with the company since 2007, some from the very start.
