Children of Kenya Citizens born outside Kenya and have acquired foreign citizenship of the country of domicile of their parents may apply for permanent residency in Kenya.

Requirements for application as a Permanent Resident by children of Kenyan Citizens.

To make an application to be a Permanent resident Class C you shall require the following.

1. Certified copies of the birth certificate.


2. Certified copies of the parents birth certificates.


3. Certified copies of parents Kenya Passports and Identity Cards (proof of Kenya+ citizenship)


4. Police Clearance Certificate.
5. Copy of passport of the applicant.

How to apply for Permanent Residency by child of Kenyan citizen.

After compilation of all the Requirements. The application with all the requirements is made to the Director of Immigration Services Kenya.
Once the application has been processed and is successful an Approval certificate shall be issued containing the terms of the Residency.
