- Valid ID and Passports.
- No impediments to marry. (By both foreign national)
- Valid Birth certificates.
What is the Eligibility to get married in Kenya.
- Both partied must Be above 18 years.
- Both parties must Consent to the the marriage
- The marriage must be one accepted by the government of Kenya between a Man and Woman.
What are the requirements for a civil marriage in Kenya?
- Copy of National Identity Card or valid Passport
- One colored passport-size photo for each Applicant
- Copy of Death Certificate (if widow or widower)
- Copy of Divorce Decree Absolute (If the partner had been married before and is divorced)
- A sworn affidavit to confirm marital status in the event the Divorce Decree or the Death Certificate is more than 2 years old.
- Copies of Identity Card or Valid Passport for the two witnesses
